Maybe the Bay Leaf works - I hope so, I found an entire colony living in my cupboard between the wheat flour, the white flour and the sugar!
I think maybe just buying smaller amounts of flour and getting rid of it on a more frequent basis is best, along with the bay leaves and keeping it in the airtight container.
It's not all the spices that keep them away.
